Friendly staff provided helpful service when my baggage was delayed, arranging transportation for clothing shopping. Room was spacious with ample amenities, including snacks and beverages. Appreciated the modern, comfortable design and pleasant scent at reception. Enjoyed the location's convenience. Received a thoughtful birthday gift during my stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with direct access to a nearby MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was fast and the staff were friendly. The room was comfortable, with a big and cozy bed. The bathroom was stylish and spacious, with a wide range of amenities provided.

This luxurious hotel exceeded all my expectations with its exceptional services and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool gave me a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that I will never forget. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect places to lounge and enjoy the stunning city views. the room advantages were top-notch, from the comfortable bed, to the spacious layout and the chic design, everything was of the highest standard. the restaurant and bar area served delicious food choices, making for an ideal in-room breakfast or enjoying a packed lunch.

The only minor issue I experienced was in the pool area, where there were not enough sun loungers and it tended to get quite busy, especially on weekends. Despite that, this hotel provided an overall luxurious and comfortable stay, with a prime location perfect for exploring the city.

Amazing suite with great city views. Staff were nice and pro. Well-equipped room with excellent toiletries. A variety of complimentary minibar items. Great pool and rooftop bar with a 360° view. Buffet spread had a good variety.

I had a good weekend at Andaz, with their genuine and friendly staff. The room was big and clean, with modern fittings and a beautiful cityscape view. The location was central and convenient, just a few steps away from Bugis Junction and the MRT. The breakfast was served and delicious, and the Nasi Goreng from room service was so yummy that we ordered it twice. Despite a few minor shortcomings, like a small pool and limited breakfast choices, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic stay at Andaz Singapore!

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located in a convenient spot, very close to Bugis MRT station, easy for me to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were fantastic. Plus, I loved that it was close to various malls, making shopping easy!

I recently stayed at a stylish and new hotel that offers a perfect location. Situated on top floors of an apartment block, it provides easy access to tourist attractions like Haji lane and Arab street. Not only is it conveniently located next to Bugis MTR station, but it is also just opposite another tower, making it easy to navigate to the MRT or main road. The rooms are comfortable and offer stunning views, with the external wall fully windowed, providing a cool and modern atmosphere. The breakfast options are diverse, ranging from classic continental to oriental styles, satisfying various tastes. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a Finnish sauna and steam bath, perfect for relaxation.

The lack of a spa service, as massage services were not available.
